In addition to my extensive experience, I own and operate a real estate investment business, where I’m actively involved in custom home building and property management. I also lead and manage my own real estate team called Growing Niagara here in the Niagara Region. Over the years, my family and I have developed a deep appreciation for the beauty and opportunities this region provides. As a Managing Broker for a local real estate brokerage, I continue to expand my knowledge and expertise. I’ve completed the Real Estate Luxury Listing Specialist course and hold certification in this area, ensuring I can deliver exceptional service to clients seeking luxury real estate solutions. I also hold a valid Tarion License, which equips me to offer comprehensive guidance in all aspects of real estate including negotiations, development, strategic planning, and property management. I have successfully managed both Canadian and U.S. investment properties, focusing on tenant satisfaction, property maintenance, and maximizing investment returns. My background in land development, combined with a client-focused approach and strong communication skills, allows me to navigate complex real estate transactions with ease and deliver results that consistently exceed expectations. In addition to my real estate career, I am a proud volunteer firefighter with the Niagara Falls Fire Department since 2019. I am also a member of the Critical Incident Stress Management team, which provides support to both full-time and volunteer staff.
